On the day of my appointment, the team came in, pulled out the old unit and both inside and out side units were replaced very quickly. They thoroughly talked me through everything they did and what I should do if the power shuts off or the unit stops working. Very professional and courteous. True professionals.
I highly recommend Pritchard Heating and Air if you need a new unit in your home. And I plan to have them come out and service my unit in the future. I can not stress how professional and courteous everyone was. From the woman on the phone to the guy that was fairly new. I was extremely impressed. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.“
