Great experience! John and CiCi took care of my computer issues and kept to his estimate on time and cost. Kept me updated and informed on what was going on. Took the time to test it with me on pick up to verify it was fixed, which was a great touch.Will bring my PC to John anytime there is an issue and would highly recommend you reach out to him if you have issues.

John was dealt a very hard case of trying to recover a fb page , setting up a new web page and linking multiple people on while synchronizing multiple calendars, etc ! He’s a wizard with computers and would highly recommend his services!

When I had a total hard drive failure on my laptop, John explained what I might need, called the next day to tell me what had to be done. Replaced the drive reloaded windows, had it ready the next day and now it's running faster than ever. Even kept the price under 150. Thanks John. -Jeffrey
