We can’t recommend Cooks enough. They were able to get our heat restored right before the snow storm two weeks ago. The technicians were honest and kind. Another business just told us we needed a new unit and didn’t bother calling back until after the storm. We will use Cooks from here on out and refer our friends to Cooks! Thank you again!
Heat went out a few days ago and the snow storm hit, Cook's couldn't get the vehicles out to do any service but they helped tremendously by walking me through different steps to get some heat until they could get here.... If I remember correctly thank you Tori for answering and calling me back, Josh for those awesome tips and Brian for finishing and servicing the job.. Highly reccomend
