I called this morning to get an appointment with Adam, figuring it would be next week sometime, as my needs were not emergent. He was just finishing a job and was able to come in about an hour. I respect Adam for his honesty, straightforwardness, his knowledge, and his patience. He examined my system. Addressed the needs and took care of my issues. I appreciate a person who is willing to explain what problem may be and then explain how is going to rectify the problem,. Knowledgeable, integrity, and just a nice person. Need more folks like him.

This guy was awesome! Another local septic company came out here three times and had no idea to begin looking for the septic tank and was nowhere near where it was found! Very knowledgeable and helpful and will definitely use him if we ever have septic issues arise!

Adam arrived right on time and a day early because we were having serious problems with our septic system due to not using the proper toilet tissue for a few months. He advised us on the types of toilet paper to use and provided lots of other advice on how to keep the septic system running well. He worked very hard locating the tank, digging out the lids on the tank and had to really work getting one of the lids off the tank as well. A true professional through and through. Our county is very very fortunate to have this gentleman. His customer service and attitude is first class.
