“Came for the physical therapy, but stayed for the entertainment! What an engaging and vibrant team of professionals at RPT. All joking aside, the experienced and knowledgeable group of therapists have been a real blessing to me after having 2 Achilles ruptures and 3 surgeries in just 9 months. I truly wish I had found their practice sooner in my recovery/adventure. They listen, they respond, they are creative, they are kind, they push, and they encourage. They make putting in the work to recover enjoyable. I trust them with my care plan and there has never been an issue with navigating insurance or billing. I highly recommend!!“

“Excellent communication. Thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and what to expect, which totally soothed the anxiety I had been feeling going in because this is my first experience with physical therapy. I was patiently led through the entire process and look forward to improving my health. I was not expecting such immediate results. Thank you, I wholeheartedly recommend.“

“I have worked with talented Physical Therapists with the aid of trained Therapy Dogs helping patients with certain needs. I have worked with a number of talented trainers. However, OPT on Ligon Mill Road in Wake Forest tops them all! Olivier and his staff were recommended to me through a home PT after a full knee replacement. Adding to this surgery were complications from Vertigo as well the right knee in the same shape as the pre surgery left knee was. My appts have been on time, positive mental attitudes from all staff members, along with just the most friendly professionals, and very knowledgable. Full knee replacements can take a lot of time, patience and work. Having such trained pros helping us to recover, heal and strengthen without overdoing it - makes all the difference! I know what I am going to be going into with another full knee replacement coming up, but with the care of OPT I am ready to schedule the next. Thank you all for the incredible first rate patient help you give all your clients!“

“My granddaughter attends OT at KST, her mother usually takes her but today I had the honor of taking her. I was in awe as I watched the children’s eyes light up when their therapist came to get them. I could see the trust the children had on their therapist. And when it was time for my granddaughter appointment Makenzie came and got her and my granddaughter threw her arms up in the air with excitement. It was truly a remarkable experience to see. Thank you KST for making differences in children’s lives. Denise Collins, GM of Airi“

“Following hip surgery on 8/20/20 and waiting two weeks I started PT with this facility using Gus as my primary PT and Justin for an appointment when Gus was not available. Started with twice a week sessions for one month and am wrapping up a month of once per week sessions. These two professionals are excellent with both being personable and attentive to your needs and conditions and adjusting based on your progress. Have never needed PT before. Gus picked up on some issues with my left knee and worked that issue as well as working my hip needs after surgery. My experience with this facility has been all positive! Highly recommended based on my experience!“

“Danielle was one of the main reasons for my successful recovery after my first birth. I knew I wanted to get established with a pelvic floor PT post birth at the recommendation of close friends of mine, and I can confidently say I made THE BEST choice by choosing Danielle at PhysioFit. I’ve had PT experiences in the past where it felt very hands off and as if I was never making progress on recovering from injury or pain I was having. Danielle takes the time to work 1:1 with you for the entirety of your appointment. At every appointment we would debrief from the last, identify the primary, secondary, and even tertiary concerns (if needed), then go to work! Danielle explained everything she was doing clearly concisely. When we worked on different exercises, she would take me through step-by-step, and would make sure I had similar tools to work with at home so I could continue my care on my own time as well. What really impressed me was at my first appointment, Danielle asked if it would be helpful to videotape me moving through some of the stretches she was showing me, with her providing the cues. I took her up on this and it proved to be helpful for weeks after that until I had done the homework enough to be able to flow through it by memory. I will say, the internal work I had done was not the most comfortable experience of my life, but it made a world of difference in my pelvic floor recovery and I am extremely grateful for it. Danielle went above and beyond my expectations, and I am so grateful for her knowledge, time, and patience while working with me. The other staff I interacted with briefly at each appointment were friendly and welcoming as well (shout out to Victoria!) and I didn’t want to complete this review without mentioning that. The prices were very fair too, considering PhysioFit does not run through insurance. They also offer group classes, one of which I wish I was able to get to (but just couldn’t squeeze into my schedule) which was the yoga with baby class. My family is relocating back closer to our family in New York, and it makes me sad that I will not be able to go back to Danielle as we plan to have a second child in the near future. Whoever I end up seeing in New York DEFINITLEY has big shoes to fill That said, if you are looking for a PT, look no further for individualized, quality care.“
