My unit quit on a very hot Friday afternoon. I called Mitchell's and they came right out. Jonathan came out and diagnosed the problem, then gave me a written estimate of the repair cost. He had the necessary parts on the truck and had my unit going in no time. I would not call anyone else.
The technician talked through every step he went through during the visit. He explained the steps and the parts that he was looking at so that I'd be more knowledgeable about my system. When there was a TINY gap in his knowledge, he gave a senior engineer a call to fill in the gap and give me the best possible service.
He was tidy, thorough, and left with me knowing he did his best possible work!
This was my first time using Mitchell Heating & Cooling and I could not be more pleased. I came home from a trip on a Sunday afternoon greeted by water dripping from the ceiling. I called to get myself on the schedule for the week, thinking it would be a few days, but to my surprise Kyle was at my house within an hour. He did fantastic work at a great price. Mitchell Heating & Cooling is my new go-to for all things HVAC. I highly recommend these folks!
