Housetop Roofing replaced our roof and windows in the last year on our 43 year old house. I would highly recommend them. From the original estimates to the completion of the job, they were good at communicating cost, timeline, and any changes due to the supply chain issues from COVID. Their workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with both our new roof and windows. Debbie in the office does an excellent job in getting questions answered and the work scheduled. The roofers and window personnel are experienced and the roof was hand nailed, which is superior to using a nail gun. The window crew is a father/son team that worked extremely hard in the August heat and also repaired very bad rot near one of our windows prior to the window installation. They are receptive to answering questions and making sure you are satisfied with the work. Their prices are very competitive. What a pleasure to do business with a locally owned company that still cares about providing good quality work and customer service.
The crew arrived on time and got to work immediately despite the ice and cold temperatures. They worked very hard all day and completed the job in just one day. They also kept me posted on any damaged plywood that they found and what the cost would be to replace. Robert helped us select the perfect color for our house and it turned out beautiful, and Debbie in the office was wonderful and a delight to speak with on the phone.
They are an excellent company. My husband was most impressed that they put the drip edge on correctly. They cleaned up all their debris, nails and trash you wouldn't have even known they were there. Their office personnel are so efficient as well. My roof is beautiful and am so thankful that I don't have to fight with a company to get them to fix their work. Thank you Housetop.
