They specifically got areas that I had my eye on (dust on fan blades, door casings were clearly cleaned, cobwebs in corners cleaned, baseboards). They also took care of lightly washing the floor so it wouldn't be super sticky and wet (which has been my experience with prior cleaners). Plus, they made cute designs with the TP!! Molly Maid reimbursed me the exact charged amount without questions asked. That, plus the wonderful cleaning job they did, will lead to me calling them for every cleaning i need in the future and also telling everyone i know to use them for their cleaning services. Molly Maid didn't have to reimburse me for the charge i received, but they chose to. 5 stars is not enough.“
