I have had them service and/or replace units at three different properties I have. Always a good experience. Friendly staff. Office staff even let me know about a rebate available on a new unit and made sure all the paperwork was taken care of. I have confidence in their work and found them to be very trustworthy. They are knowledgeable and always take time explain what is needed and/or what is not needed. I can recommend Shearin Heating and Cooling without reservation.
