Servpro Rocky Mount works beyond expectation. They are very professional and on the dot with their schedule. They are very thorough in doing inspections of possible water leakage. Brad a very knowledgeable and certified in doing his job!

After reaching out to the office for information, the process went quickly. They answered questions and were easy to.work with. The employees who did the job were professional and courteous. I would strong recommend their services.

SERVPRO of Rocky Mount responded to West Mount Fire Department for a water issue caused by a severe rain storm that caused major damage to our department. Within a few hours of the the initial call, they responded and started the process of relocating furniture and removing damaged structure material to start the water removal and drying process. After the insurance claim was processed they began the additional repair process that was needed. Nathan and Jonathan were always available to answer any question or concerns that we encountered during the entire process.
