Fred, the AC technician was exceptional, the perfect poster guy for Choice Home Warranty. He was personable, professional, and informative. I learned from him! He came into a hot house but left my home in a cool state. My AC is back on track and its dilemma was explained to me. Kudos to Fred!!! ???

* Tandy H. provided the BEST in-home repair experience we have ever had in 20 plus years! Quickly diagnosed the problem, explained how and what was needed to fix it and "most importantly" to us - he worked one-on-one with our home warranty company - Choice Home, to assist us in our claim. Our home warranty company did not approve the claim instead gave us a replacement offer. That is not what we wanted but that had nothing to do with the repair tech, this issue falls directly on a no-good home warranty company. The repair tech was top notch!Service: Washer/dryer repair
