Owner has bad attitude and bad service. 1st time and last time. The owner let me get comfortable in pedicure chair and allowed my nails to soak but them left out.. came back in and said there is a charge to take gel polish off my toes. I said no thank u and I will not be coming back nor would I leave a good experience rating. He wanted me to pay for my gel polish to come off just because I didn't want gel polish but i chose regular polish this time. I have never paid for gel polish to be taking off before getting a pedicure. Bad service and I do not recommend anyone to visit this place. They should closed down.

Loved my nail experience! On a busy Saturday they were able to see me right away with my pedicure. Very friendly nail tech, super talkative and made me feel welcomed. I lovedddd how gentle they were removing my gel polish and they did a great job with the application! My only complaint is that when asking for a "chin wax" there seemed to be a misunderstanding and the nail tech got an attitude with me because she couldn't understand the word chin. I understand the language barrier and was politely trying to explain what chin wax was but I could tell she was irritated with me and rushed me through the wax.

Was not pleased. I was able to get started on immediately but the man doing my pedi kept messing up. After an hour of him trying to fix his countless mistakes, someone took over and completed my nails. After a what should have been a 30 minute appointment turned into a 2hr disaster. I will not be returning.
