I found all the staff 2 be pleasant except the lady who schedules appt. She is rather rude & judging from her attitude she is just there 4 a paycheck. The nurses & drs I've dealt with are all nice & caring. It does take a bit long 2 get an appt.

I'm giving two stars because we didn't have a chance to see the primary care physician, so I'm unable to incorporate that into my review (she may have been absolutely awesome). There were a couple staff who were very pleasant to talk to, but overall I got the sense that the employees probably didn't like working there. For the most part, they were not very personable. The practice felt very much like an under-resourced ER department.I was there with my husband and one-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, we had to leave before being seen, though we had waited in the exam room for an hour and a half. Fortunately, we don't have major health issues and were at least able to get blood work done. Leaving to pick up our son from lunch bunch (because we weren't able to pick him up at the regular time), it felt a bit like a waste. If it weren't for the overwhelmingly negative reviews, I'd think maybe this was an exception. But I think our experience may be more of a standard.

Pulliam, Glenda ARNP Is one of the best doctors I meet, she is a loving, caring, understanding and a honest doctor. I love her team and most importantly I love the OIC family. I am proud to say I'm pleased with my doctors office. I must say this everything takes time so if your having a little trouble with front desk give them a little time they may be trying to adjust. Lord be with us all!Angel M.
