The lady that replaced an old filling in my lower right back tooth let go of the spinning drill tool and it stabbed into the back of my tongue causing bleeding and pain for weeks. I will never go there again. Absolutely terrible experience. I've never before in my life been stabbed in the tongue before until going here for dental work. It took weeks to heal. Nightmare.

Took two of my kids to their appt a few weeks ago and the Hispanic lady name Denise seemed as if she did not want to wait on us. Very unfriendly with a major attitude. We will not be returning. She is going to cost this place to loose a lot of business.

I was treated like a money bag instead of a human being. The Hispanic receptionist was very friendly and conversational with White/Hispanic patients. When it was my turn, she had lots of attitude and poor communication. They advertise equality when I was clearly discriminated on then she tried to set an appointment in September for a dental emergency. They lost 5 patients today because my children and I will not be returning. They actually moved the receptionist from OIC medical to OIC dental however she should have been fired. She had a nasty and unwelcoming attitude then which has not changed. She carries the persona of owning OIC dental. She is very incompetent due...read full review
