Overall this was a pleasant visit. Dr Whitt really took time with my Father that has Dementia. Very patient with him. Dr Whitt will definitely be his permanent eye Dr.
As far as the front desk experience, this needs to be addressed. The young lady that waited on us tried to call to verify my Dad’s insurance one time and she was calling the incorrect number and it was closed. She then tells me that I would have to pay out of pocket due to not being able to verify insurance. I had to show her the correct number and website to verify and then it popped up. By this time we were already 40 mins into the appt. If I had not spoken up she would not have tried any other...read full review

As a busy Pastor, I’m always grateful when people consider my time. I was seen at my set appointment time at Dr. Witt was very thorough in my assessment going above and beyond making sure my eyes were healthy. A major plus? I was in and out in less than an hour.
