The employees and veterinary technician were very helpful, sympathetic, and supportive during my last visit with my elderly dog. They were able to make room for my walk-in appointment and give me valuable options and feedback regarding her health and well-being. Took my beloved fur baby here almost 2 weeks ago to get something looked at. The vet was amazing & so was his assistant.
But, I was told it is mandatory for my dog to get a rabies vaccine. Because of the urgent situation I was in, I agreed. She got her shot. And it caused an alarming reaction, which may have not been alarming if I was told the healing process with the vaccination. So, I took her to her usual vet (as I only went to Benvenue because her usual vet was too full) & they were very confused as to why this office says it was a mandatory thing. Luckily her reaction and healing process is ok.
