I have an issue with clients following the rules and paying high prices for their services and yet the stylist or Lash tech is late and doesn’t deduct payment on their end. I don’t like being ripped off and then rushed. Most policies say if the clients are late there is a fee or having to reschedule for their inconvenience. “Ms. Michelle took me in this morning as a walk in, it was evident she was already busy, but she still allowed me get serviced. I have been natural for fourteen years and decided it was time for a relaxer. While waiting it felt like when I was a kid and would go with my grandmother to get her hair done, the gospel music playing and a hairstylist that personally knows her clients engaging in conversation.
