I would give zero if I could. I just left in the middle of service due to her cutting my toe nails wrong and making me bleed. Then she said you no pay service you complaining cause you no want to pay. 1st off I make enough money to pay, 2nd you didn't even finish, 3rd I'm in pain. I would and will never go there. This is after she burnt my leg with hot water and couldn't get it to drain. If you go bewate!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Me and my sister went and the dude messed both our nails up! My sister wanted plain colors and they didn’t have the colors and they was common colors so she choose ombré polish and the nails didn’t even come out ombré they was just plain blue he didn’t cut the nails even and he didn’t file both sides of the nails. Then mine wasn’t no where near what I wanted the colors was right but no the design I wanted and my nails wasn’t the right length or filled down correctly !!! I highly don’t recommend them we spent 95 dollars in there and it wasn’t even close to what we wanted went and got them fixed a hour later at a different...read full review

I went in for a new set of acrylic nails. The gentleman took my nails off with an acrylic press on nail, which is normal to remove your old nails. He was pretty rough. When he got to the last thumb nail, he sliced the corner of my real nail, and I started bleeding. He put alcohol on it, which was great. But, he didn't clean the equipment after working on me. Granted, he never touched inside my cut, but he did dremmel around it, so I am sure that some of the blood got on it.He put on my new set of nails. Kept switching between the different dremmels and filing my nails. He clearly doesn't know what he is doing. Worst set I have ever had.I really hate posting this because...read full review
