I wish I didn’t have to give a star rating because they do not deserve one. I went in just to get a dip removal and regular manicure. First off they had my nails soak in a bowl in pure acetone which dried out my fingers. Then the gentlemen that was helping me had left and had a woman named Q take over. I asked her to cut my nails down more but didn’t cut down to the way I wanted. I still have dip on my hands that I cannot get off and my nails look like trash. Good thing I have a filer and clippers at home. Waste of $30. Oh and not to mention they only take cash. NEVER EVER GOING BACK!

I have been a few times and a young woman who worked there was very kind and polite. I stopped going for a while because she was no longer there Last year I treated my daughter in law and her bridal party to pedicures ($300) and they were very rude to her and her daughter. my daughter in law is 1/4 Japanese and when I told them (after one askEd if anyone in the party is Asian) they spoke in their language and began to laugh while looking at her. They (3 workers) were very rude!
