Ernie is an awesome Dr. And the staff have always been professional. I've been a patient for about 3 yrs and wish I had been much longer. My wife was with me my last appointment 1/3/25 and has decided to change to Dr. Ernie. Completely satisfied with Firsthealth Carolina Family- Dr. Ernie feels like family to me.
I will be a new patient for Dr Kern. In making my appointment, I found a friendly and very helpful staff member that took time to get my appointment set, and communicated in a knowledgeable manner.
Jeff Kern is a caring and thorough person, when it comes to one's health. He makes sure that you get all the preventative care that pertains to patients. I've been going to Firsthealth Carolina Family for around 18 yrs or so, and will continue to. Shout out also to the amazing staff! Love to Gloria, who I feel like I've known forever.
