Tanner is amazing!! My husband and I were looking to renovate an old family home. After doing some research online, we came across Yellow Dog Properties, LLC and decided to call since there were so many positive reviews. Once we set up a date and time to meet, Tanner did a walk through with us and answered any questions we had. He was also honest when it came to what needed to be done with the home and gave us recommendations. We highly recommend!!

A tree fell on our home and Yellowdog properties was referred to us. We are glad we chose to go with them. Tanner was a great help during this process. Covid slowed the process down but he communicated efficiently and let us know what was happening every step of the way. We decided to remodel our home while his company was fixing the damage from the tree. He took our multiple last minute changes in stride. He was very upfront and honest about everything and we appreciated it greatly. We had windows removed and a sliding glass door installed with an addition of a deck.
