Great experience!The technician was super knowledgeable.He explained everything he was doing to install my smart door lock.He helped me get my user codes set and let me practice setting one up without help.They scheduled me same day and very reasonably priced.I will definitely use them again.

Great place to have locally. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I went it to get an extra car key made. It was a very simple process and they do great work. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will refer them to anyone I know who is in need of any of the services they offer.

Highly recommend! Saved me hundreds of dollars when mechanics were telling me electrical issues, or a major part needed to be replaced, the whole time it was the transponder key! THANK YOU

Waldo Smith is the owner of Waldo Smith Locksmith, LLC in Reidsville, NC. He began his journey as a locksmith in the summer of 1994 at the ripe age of 16 years old with his grandfather Waldo Smith, Sr. Locksmithing had originally begun as a hobby for Waldo Smith Sr. in the early 1970's. Waldo Smith Locksmith became an official business after the Smith family business, Crescent Milling Co., closed its doors in 1987. Sadly, in 2008, Waldo Sr. passed away, leaving behind a legacy that Waldo has continued to build upon. With over 20+ years of knowledge and experience, the business has continued to grow and expand.
