Susan and her staff are amazing! The only people I’d trust to help guide me with my taxes. As a self employed individual, taxes can be overwhelming. My whole career Susan has helped me navigate a system I didn’t understand. With her help she’s allowed me to help plan for my future better. She’s always quick to respond with any questions and is always a delight to work with.

I had a consult with Susan. It was during the rush of getting last minute taxes done. It took her a few days to return my call, but I honestly expected that because I waited til the last minute. So I kept my expectations realistic. I think people often do not take into consideration that this is 1 accountant doing taxes for tons of customers. It is best to be mindful of this. Anyway, she was extremely professional, but most of all thorough and that was just the consult. I appreciated AND needed that, as my situation was a very unique one. She was very honest, pleasant, professional and kind to me via phone and in person.For those reasons alone, I give her 5 stars.
