Zach came out for an emergency ac situation late yesterday afternoon. He arrived on time, accessed the situation. Got the parts and completed the repair last night. I could not be more pleased. My employees were able to come into a cool office this morning and for that we are grateful.

Zach with Superior Mechanical came on Oct 23rd to address an issue with our Trane heat pump continuously cycling every few seconds since we switched to heat mode. He very quickly diagnosed the problem as a probable slight over-charge of freon when the coil was replaced in May. He then double checked all thermostat settings and found two that he advised us to changed, with a very clear explanation of how the duel fuel settings operated. He also double checked the wiring at the furnace and found a loose wire connection on a transformer. He then tightened every wire connection and checked the electrical readings on the control board. Zach was extremely efficient, professional, and obviously highly experience with these systems and the advanced thermostat technology. We are 100% satisfied that he got our system working exactly as it should, and feel comfortable that we are now well prepared for colder weather. We could not be more satisfied with the timeliness of scheduling the service call and the amazing technical expertise demonstrated by Zach in servicing our Trane system. Thank you Superior Mechanical!
