When my mother passed away, I called Pugh Funeral at my dad’s recommendation. Steve came right over, with professionalism and compassion and made every choice I needed to make simple. Julie went out of her way to be prompt in her responses, and make sure a video and song played to remember my mom. They went above and beyond and didn’t miss one thing. The gentleman who were pall bearers and greeters at the memorial were incredibly compassionate too.

This was the hardest thing I'd ever had to do, but the staff at Pugh made it so much easier in my time of need. They treat you like family and today it's rare to still find that. Thank you for all you did for me and holding my hand through the process.

You never want to use a funeral home, but when the time comes you want one that helps you in any way possible. When a family member died last October, I was at a loss as to the next steps. After the EMS moved their items out of the house, I was left bewildered as to who to call. I have driven by Pugh's Funeral Home daily for many years so I called them. Even though it was 11:30PM they answered the call and were on their way. I felt they handled everything in a professional and caring manner.
