I took a soundbath class with Emma and it was absolutely amazing! This studio has a wonderful vibe, very relaxing and welcoming. They have everything you need for a great yoga practice. I look forward to trying out other classes.

I love this studio! It’s beautiful, the layout is respectful and highlights the beauty of the historic building. 2 studios, one for movement classes the other is for meditation and sound classes. I’ve like all teachers I’ve taken classes with. The teachers are also very welcoming and helpful with any questions you have.

The only thing I would suggest or adjust would be the volume of the music. It’s very hard to make the mind/body connection that I’m seeking with yoga when I’m straining to hear the teacher speak. If I’m straining to hear then I cannot flow into my practice.
