I received the best massage of my life today! Carlos is really the best. He has a gift and is so attentive. He has picked up on things I didn't even mention to him. He uses just the right amount of pressure without it being painful, firm yet VERY relaxing. This is my 2nd massage with Carlos, I went with the hot stone massage this time and it was amazing. The atmosphere is so peaceful and calming. I can't recommend Carlos enough.

Carlos is an amazing masseuse. I have absolutely loved every treatment I’ve received. He is very responsive to what my body tells him and always willing to make modifications. Thank you Carlos! Couldn’t recommend this business enough.

I took my first yoga class with Alice today! I will absolutely be going back! I love their space tucked away in a nice quiet area. I really like their small class size and Alice was so great at helping me adjust my movements. I am so excited about my new adventure with Alice as my guide!
