After waiting several months for an appointment, I called to let them know I was running 15 minutes late (I work in an ICU and one of our patients was crashing). They told me this was no problem. When I arrived, they told me I was outside the grace period and refused to see me and couldn't reschedule me until MONTHS later. No compassion or apology or even an attempt to fit me into their schedule. Horrible experience and I left the office crying.

There super slow they just put you in a room for hours and don’t give you any updates on what’s happening. Mind you we are sitting in here with a 4 day old baby and been in this one room for 7 hours.

I typically have no issues with the care team here as well as the medical staff. But yesterday was the pinnacle of how I fell about the receptionists now. I came in for a 9 am appointment to see one of the best doctors I have ever had. I had just drove 2 hours and 30 minutes before my appointment from visiting family. I was not aware of the policy change of your PCP needing to be on your medicaid card. When arriving to the receptionist window, the female receptionist was incredibly rude.
