WakeMed Primary Care - Downtown Raleigh

Just saw Dr. Robert Crews Edens for a new patient appointment. He was wonderful- extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and had a really excellent bedside manner. You can tell he is passionate about helping people and meeting them where they are at. Health topics can sometimes feel different to discuss for me but I felt completely comfortable discussing my health history with him and learning how I can stay engaged in attending to and preventing future health concerns. Highly recommend!!

For a couple of years I was treated by the excellent Dr. Kimberly Nicole Cronshaw, dedicated, kind, very respectful and took care of me with great dedication and professionalism. I had to leave her because I moved to another state, but I wanted to send her a Thank You Note. I hope someone tells you that your patient Ana sends you greetings and I appreciate your care.

Of all the doctors I've had over the years and moves to different cities, Dr. Edens is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. He's attentive, thorough, kind, and proactive; and he listens closely, which is a value I really appreciate in a PCP! Nurses Alice and Martha are also top-notch and make this office wonderful (even had a good experience with a blood draw here!)
