I recently went for my annual exam and to get my glasses fitted. The technician who performed my tests was patient, kind and friendly. The Dr was Knowledgeable, Thorough, Professional and Kind. The associate that assisted me with my order was also patient, kind and friendly. 10/10
This was my first time going to a Visionworks, and I was not disappointed. Since it's so close to the end of the year I realized I needed to take advantage of my insurance. They only had an in person virtual appointment with the doctor, but everyone there is so knowledgeable that it flowed really well.
When it came to the frames, I was nervous because normally I have someone with me. However Janine and Michelle were awesome. I picked out six glasses and they were so attentive with helping me choose. They were so helpful and kind and it really made this experience even more memorable.
