I don't like the staff thoe .
They take a long time replying back to u
There is no epithy . They can be sorta rude too.

Love the doctors.
However, what is with this horrific smelling room spray they are using?!? They spray it after each patient to desinfect the room and it's absolutely nauseating! People with sensitivity to fragrance will have major issues.

Horrible. I’ve been here for years. Every time, the administrative staff is HORRIBLE. Lacking enthusiasm, customer service skills, common courtesy. It will ruin the whole experience. The doctors, nurses, and lab staff have always been wonderful, but that front desk- whew. Don’t expect a change either. I complete the surveys each year and STILL no change. These people don’t care.
