I actually wasn't able to use these guys for services because my couches were velvet. However, whoever I spoke with on the phone was SUPER nice and informative and spent another 10 minutes on the phone with me AFTER he realized that he couldn't help me with the velvet material. He gave me instructions and advice on how to fix it personally and he absolutely did not have to - especially after realizing that I probably wouldn't be able to offer him any business. This is an example of REAL customer service and I had to give them a shoutout.

Tremayne is a friendly, personable man. He removed pet and furniture dye stains left behind by a Bissell Spotbot. Worked around the moving mess I had in hallways.Wish I’d taken some before pics. After looks like new.Only recommendation I’d make is drag your area rugs outside if you have wood floors under them. I didn’t, so we skipped cleaning those to protect the LVP “wood” floor. You can put plastic underneath but it takes longer to dry.
