although my son had an appointment in advance but they only finished the initial check, we had to wait for about 30 minutes for the doctor to come in to examine my son, this is the third time we have to wait like this, i Seeing this way of service is disrespectful to customers

Dr. Said and the staff at this Olde Raleigh location are awesome! The doctor is very knowledgeable with a great personality. If you are in the market for an eye doctor, Dr. Said will not disappoint!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Osama Said is one of the best. He is kind, easy to talk to, and thorough. He will spend the time needed to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed and will treat you as if you are family. All of the technicians and interns have been wonderful as well. But, the highlight of the visit is definitely Sue at the front desk. Sue is incredibly helpful, diligent, and kind. She keeps the ship running with ease and a bit of humor. She is also helpful on the phone. I always feel that 'all will be taken care of' when I talk to Sue. If you are looking for a fussy, stuffy practice, this is not the place for you. If you want to feel comfortable, at ease, and well taken care of... go see Dr. Said and Sue!
