“We could not be more pleased with the work the A+ Tree and Crane Service crew did! We unfortunately didn’t catch anyone’s names as we had another crew working on the house at the same time. The whole process from receiving a quote to scheduling the work to the team that showed up was seamless. Team to quote came out the next day (I submitted a request online in the evening after hours) and had a very competitive quote that once was approved they were able to schedule a crew the next day. The team worked quickly and was flexible to meet my last minute request to save some of the limbs - we were having a willow oak trimmed and my husband wanted some wood to use with his smoker. I can’t believe how good the yard now looks or how quickly they took care of the project. Last but not least the crew took excellent care of a baby squirrel nest they found and I appreciate so much not only the care for the job and property but also nature around them. Would recommend to anyone and if we need tree services again they will be my first call!

Update: Would give 6 stars if we could! we had a total mess of a time writing a check and mailing it to A+ Tree and Crane and even though the situation was in no way their fault (another company at the same address cashed the check), A+ tree and crane went above and beyond in dealing with this situation, were extremely kind and understanding, and took initiative in dealing with this company even though it wasn’t at all their job to and at the end of the day we owed them money. They even sent a gift card in the mail to us after everything was sorted - you just don’t find that kind of customer service and we are so glad we chose A+ tree and crane!“

“From the beginning, this company is very organized and communicated with me perfectly! I called during normal working hours and spoke to a wonderful lady who took down my details to give to Mike and Will for the quote appointment. Mike promptly got back to me and set up an appointment time for the quote. He took down notes and photos of the site for the dead tree removal and overgrown vines and tree removal on one of our hills. The quote was a fair price and included an overview, with pictures of the work site and the aerial lift. I was very impressed with how organized everyone and everything was. We immediately signed up with them.
The day of the work, Will gave us a heads up prior to when they would arrive. Will showed up early to go over the work site again. The crew arrived and got to work. Everyone was professional and careful with our property. The operator of the aerial lift even checked to see the squirrel nest in the dead tree was empty. The crew made everything neat and tidy at the end of work and moved their chipper so my neighbor could more easily back out of her driveway. It was very neat to see the skill of everyone from chain saw operation, bobcat operation, organizing everything so the bobcat could get things and watching the stump grinding. Wonderful job and very professional. It was quite obvious that everyone was very experienced and had a great work ethic. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone!“

Brett, the owner, was quick to come out and asked me what my goals were. He then advised me based on those goals. Showing me which trees had been struck by lightening, which were blocking the sun, and pointing out poison ivy. After that he sent us a quote and let me tell you I was surprised by how affordable they were.

The experience with Longhorn has been great. The team cutting the trees are so kind and kept me up to date on what they are doing. They also just stopped to chat and seem to really enjoy what the do. “We called on Everett because we have several large oaks and a couple cherry trees that We were concerned about overhanging the home.

They arrived promptly and before anything got started this morning, the supervisor and I walked the property to confirm what would be done, and everyone started on the same page.

The pruning was done with both the bucket and by climbing the trees. Close attention was paid to respecting my property and that of my neighbors, very calculated and controlled procedure.

I found the process really cool to watch, as I’d never seen pruning done except by bucket truck! Much respect, there’s no way I could do it.

After all was said and done, they tidied everything up, and chunked up the larger pieces for our use as firewood. VERY organized and professional. Communication was clear and prompt, and the work was both high quality and efficient.
