I can not rave about this salon enough!! such wonderful people and Mr. Charles was such a delight to work with!! He listened to me carefully about what I wanted for my hair and brought it to life! Made me feel right at home. Thank you for making me feel like a million bucks!
I love this place they've always been AMAZING but this last time not so much so I had to go back to get my hair corrected and then she did not fix it right I don't know if she's just having an off day or what the deal was but Don't know that I'll be going back anytime soon
Update... so I went back up there and Chuck awesome person by the way fixed my hair for me with no charge and I walked out with a smile on my face and my Confidence back even with that little incident I still totally recommend total hair they're the best the staff is awesome and the owners are the best
This salon is a special gem. Professional, friendly, and a wealth of experience. Charles and Chuck are wonderful hair artists. I always leave my appointment with an extra spring in my step and happy confidence knowing my hair looks amazing.
