Tonya was fantastic! I worked with her from Oregon to buy my first home in NC and it was a great experience. She always followed through and went above and beyond! She did virtual tours for me and scheduled a few whirlwind days of tours while I was in town for a quick visit, then we finalized all the paperwork from Oregon. She is patient and kind and honest! A real gem in the real estate industry. She truly had my best interest at heart and I love our home! I highly recommend Tonya and her team to anyone looking for a great home buying experience!

Tonya did a superlative job with selling our home. There were a few bumps in the road due to the buyer's home inspector, but they were quickly and fairly resolved by Tonya.With Tonya's guidance our home was staged well and with appropriate marketing, we received an excellent offer prior to the house actually being listed. Tonya is easy to work with and responds quickly to all concerns. I highly recommend Tonya.
