I feel incredibly safe with Toni and trust her completely to do bodywork on me. I experienced some really hard life stuff and sought out Toni for holistic bodywork that included massage, myofascia release, and energy work. I left feeling lighter. I will return!

Toni is awesome!! My system was able to settle deeply through her work and quality of presence, I definitely felt like I was in good hands. I appreciated the way Toni was able to assess my body system and use her skilled awareness to hone in on key areas of tension and adhesion to then invite breath and openness skillfully and without excess force. I left feeling so spacious and open, thank you!

Toni is incredible! She borrows from multiple disciplines to encourage holistic healing. I have reoccurring pain from an old sports injury that nothing seems to help. In a few short sessions all my pain was gone and hasn't come back. She has encouraged healing in other areas of health I didn't think were connected to massage and the benefits of her sessions extend for days after.

I use touch, movement, and experiential education to facilitate holistic health in all systems of the body. Together, we look at your health history, current movement and postural patterns, and wellness goals to design a treatment plan. We will find the perfect balance between therapeutic massage performed on the table and movement-oriented approaches. You’ll leave your session not just feeling better, but also with increased body awareness and new tools for self-care.
