We are a military family who got orders to the Raleigh area and before move, we flu over there to find a house. Purchasing a home in a different state can be very challenging. However, i’m so glad we had Tim on our side to navigate us throughout the whole process. He is a knowledgeable realtor who makes himself available at all times(not joking). And if he couldn’t attend to you at the moment, he’ll let you know he’ll give a call back later. I definitely recommend Tim as he will stand by your side throughout the buying process and afterwards.

We've worked with Tim on two different occasions, and he went beyond our expectations both times. Tim seems to be always working. He helped us stage our house so it was more appealing to buyers. We ended up getting multiple offers on our house and sold for well over asking price. We also worked with Tim to sell one of our rental properties and we also received multiple offers over asking price.Tim is very easy to work with and knows more than most realtors. He is also willing to get dirty when needed. He even went into our crawl space to check things out.We highly recommend Tim and would use him again!
