Heather is phenomenal! Not only did she do a great job, she gave me tips on how to keep my carpet/upholstery clean. She even took my outdoor cushions and power washed them first. They look brand new! These 2 ladies were amazing. We moved into a 5 year old home that had had 2 large dogs and a smoker. They spent time going through the house to give us an accurate estimate and then started right away. Carpets were deep cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. They also steamed the ceramic tile in the bathrooms and laundry room, which smelled of smoke and urine (gross!). They worked non-stop and did an excellent job. NO MORE ODOR and we can let our little grandsons play on the carpeted floors without worry! HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: General carpet cleaning
