Outstanding service and very professional... Jose and his team were exceptional, responsive, efficient and very effective in resolving our issue. Great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this team to everyone I know... They really paid attention to the details and exceeded our expectations. Hats off to this team and the hard work they performed
An informative, helpful, attentive and thorough company providing a service you hope to never need. The same day we called about our first (and hopefully last!) massive leak they came out for a consult. Even with sharing that we had two other companies coming out for further consults, they lent us a complimentary dehumidifer for 24 hours, which was not only helpful but insightful to the damage done. We decided to sign on with them and have not been disappointed. Each morning they've come back to monitor the progress, take necessary photos for insurance purposes and now we're in the insurance waiting game phase. Working with Water Damage Pros was a pleasant experience during a very stressful time. Water leaks are not fun, but Steve, Matt, and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job getting everything dried up and demo'd in a timely manner. They go out of their way to ensure the homeowner understands what they are doing and why. They also are great at speaking with insurance on behalf of the homeowner and overall grant homeowners like myself with a sense of confidence and control during an otherwise messy process. I'd highly recommend these folks to a home needing assistance with water damage remediation. To the entire Water Damage Pros team - THANK YOU!
