The experience working with Wick is unparalleled as far as service and expertize. I went it set on frames I had seen in a NYC store, and while he was going to get them for me, encouraged me to try the same house, but slightly different shape. And of course, they were even better. In addition I had given them the wrong prescription and Wick worked with me to have them redone at no extra charge, whiteout making me feel bad for a second. The store is classy, tastefully decorated and not overwhelming, yet well stocked.

Wick and his son Mason at The Specticle ay North Hills are amazing. I called and told them what frames I wanted( brand, size, etc) and they had it there for me within just a few days! However, they have great selection in store. I love that you go in by appointment only because it gives one and one time to discuss all your questions and needs about your glasses. They offered great advice and made sure everything was correct and all was good with my new glasses, whatever it took, they made sure to do it!
