I really don’t have enough words to describe how life changing SOTA has been for me: With Hollys help I am healthier, with David’s help I’m stronger, with Allison help I am stronger, with Kelly’s help I feel wonderful every hour and half a month. This is a team that work together to make you BETTER, to make you feel stronger! I can’t recommend SOTA enough. 💕💕💕💕💕

I've had the pleasure of working with several staff at State of the Art. Holly, Tiffany, and the entire team are excellent. They care deeply about outcomes, not just getting you through the day but getting to the cause of what is going on with your body and working to address it and make lasting improvements. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I have been taking Pilates from Allison for over two years and she is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and adapts the exercises to me specifically depending on what I need or have going on physically. I tried a few other Pilates places, but once SoTA began a Pilates program I came on board immediately. It is a great fit for me and Allison is the best instructor i have ever had.
