So excited to have found this sweet little shop. They did a fantastic job on my 1year old Shih Tzu. Excellent communication, easy intake/pickup process and I have a very happy & clean pup.
Excellent! First and foremost, my pup was happy and relaxed for his first groom. I had a positive experience with everyone I know NY’er acted with and my boy looked so fancy when he was done.
1st visit a week ago.14 y/o Springer Spaniel, 55#.Booked online, very easy.When we arrived, a groomer took extra time to hear our concerns and clarify what kind of cut we wanted. The results were spot-on: short and tidy all over except for ears and chest which were kept long and feathered.Happy dog, happy us! Cost was what had been discussed prior, around $93+well -deserved tip. (This was a major cleanup, not a maintenance cut) Absolutely recommend.
