From my first time calling Spectrum to my first second third and fourth appointment everything has been smooth. I knew with my first conversation with Chasity that I had found my new family dentistry home. Chasity answered all of my questions very professionally before I even came into my Dental appointment. The first time I went was for an emergency visit they didn't hesitate to get me in and out quickly. I don't like the dentist it always gives me anxiety but Chasity assured me that she would be with me every step of the way and she was. I saw Dr. Shi and his dental assistant for an emergency tooth repair when my regular dentist could not get me in for over a week. Before I walked into this appointment I was considering changing dentist practices; by the time Dr. Shi had finished repairing my tooth my mind was made up. I appreciated that Dr. Shi's office staff worked with me to get me in quickly, and once I arrived I was taken back in less than 10 minutes, and that Dr. Shi took the time to discuss with me my options (I got to decline numbing!) and was able to get my tooth repaired and I was out the door in less than 45 minutes. I gotta say, I've been worried about going to the dentist for awhile now. . . Mostly because my past dentist experiences have been straight out of horror films. Well, I finally I pulled the trigger and started getting things looked at and taken care of. Thankfully Spectrum Family had me covered. What could've been another horror story turned out just fine.
The Dr is very knowledgeable and has a high standard (what more can we ask for right?). The technician supporting him during the procedure was also great! Not only did she help calm me down a bit beforehand with some small talk, when it came to the procedure she was a pro.
