I have been seeing Phaedra now for a few months and each time, we try different add-ons etc, so I have now experienced not only foot reflexology but also hand reflexology, face reflexology and a foot detox. Phaedra is phenomenal! I love how intuitive she is in the sessions and also how she breaks down the possible sources (physical & metaphysical). She totally speaks my language. Her space is incredibly comfortable and relaxing; she has great energy and we have so many interesting & thought provoking related conversations to health. I am so glad I found her and I highly, highly recommend Sole Journey ;-)
