Our technician Joe is courteous, professional and takes great care to do a thorough job. We have been happy with the results and with his service. Pleasant guy to talk with. Same goes for the owner Richard. He takes the time to explain things clearly and answers all of my questions. We live in a multi unit townhouse and even though they just treat our end of the building, it works very nicely--we can enjoy our patio in the evenings and not be eaten alive!

We can't say enough good things about our tech, Ian! He is always timely, communicative, and unbelievably kind. He goes above and beyond what the job is and genuinely checks in on my family each time he is here. We are very thankful for his work and what he does to keep our house mosquito free!
