Very efficient at finding the problem and correcting it! 2 young guys were here to help me with a clogged pipe which initiated a water overflow. I knew I could depend on Service Experts!!!
We have experienced progressively better and better service from Service Experts...they are aptly named. Recently our technician Tim gave excellent recommendations for us to handle the failure, once again, of components in our 24-year old (yes, that's right!) upstairs A/C unit. His complete honesty about repairs needed vs. replacement aided us in our decision to have him call Miss Teresa (who was wonderful) to set up an appointment with Will to come give us the details for choosing a new unit. Patrick and Josh were detailed, experienced and Patrick explained everything as he went in getting my ac to cool again. They were friendly and thorough with details about the repair and the UV light needed. I've used Service Experts for many years and recommend everyone to get a plan for hvac systems and to choose Service Experts for this. You will be relieved and delighted!
