We are pleased with the groomers at Rover. They have groomed our dogs for years and do an amazing job. The groomers are aware our current dog is anxious and are so helpful.Karen's suggestion on using oatmeal shampoo and melaleuca helped alleviate the dry skin issue. Karen, many thanks for your devotion to your four legged friends.

Karen is always great with the dogs. The haircuts come out perfect. I even call her for occasional grooming advice. She always gets to know your dog which makes her scheduling alot easier. In return waiting for an appointment is much shorter with her than when I've called huge placesMake sure you can drop them off between 8 and 9 am. and have them picked up mid-day. I've worked where people being late has thrown off my whole day.This of course makes the people on time rightfully upset.

Karen loves all fur babies! She and Deena do a fabulous job consistently. I can not imagine my baby going anywhere else. I appreciate her guidelines for the safety of our dog and her customers.
