Our realtor recommended him initially to look over the home inspection report prior to closing as we negotiated a fair credit towards home repairs. He charged a nominal fee and walked us through each item via phone, since we were out of state. We were convinced when it came time to tackle that “to do” list, he would be our first call. Within a few weeks of closing we discovered an issue with squirrels getting into the attic.
