I installed one of their unit in 2018 and called the customer service. The lady on the phone is very very rude! It was one of the most expensive unit they suggested. Well, my HVAC compressor broke in 5 years (like 15 days after the warranty expires). Very bad customer service, rude employees and bad product.
Matthew from Romanoff has been out to our home twice. He does excellent work. Couldn't be more pleasant and professional. We hope to have him back soon to do some more upgrades.
No technician showed up at the scheduled service time. Was told to reschedule to next week after calling them several times. Very not professional and I wouldn't use them again.Service: General repairs
